Design and Installation of Environmental

Telemetry system on site

Engineering Solution

Telemetry systems are an alternative method of transmitting data from the rotating assembly to the stationary data acquisition system. Basic telemetry systems consist of a modulator, a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), and a power supply for the strain gauge bridge telemetric.

Our company is not limited to specific brands when proposing solutions. We are ready to apply, integrate, and implement any type of product to meet client needs.

Site survey for sensor placement

Sensor Placement Design

Effective environmental monitoring starts with strategic sensor placement. At SENSE, we offer professional sensor layout design services to ensure accurate, reliable data collection from your water quality monitoring systems.

Our design process includes:

  • On-Site Survey

Our team conducts a detailed site visit to assess environmental and structural conditions. We capture photographs of potential sensor locations and evaluate accessibility, safety, and optimal positioning for accurate readings.

  • Visual Documentation & Evaluation

During the survey, we document critical features of the site including water flow direction, depth, surrounding infrastructure, and exposure risks. This information helps us identify the most effective sensor points.

  • 3D Sketch & Planning Using SketchUp

Using the information gathered, our designer creates a 3D model of the site using SketchUp. This model helps visualize sensor placement in relation to the site’s physical layout and supports accurate planning for future installation.

  • Client Consultation & Finalization

The proposed layout is reviewed and adjusted based on client input and engineering requirements before moving to the installation phase.
